The staff were really friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily. The rooms were basic but then again it is a 2 star hotel. However, we had hot water and a decent shower and there was aslo a TV in our room. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a buget. I was very happy to stay there and I would stay there again.
There isn't really anything I disliked. It's a 2 star hotel and so you can't expect absolute luxury.

The air condition room and the receptionist was friendly although he needs to learn some english.
The hotel is far from the Termini train station ,there is no elevator we had to climb stairs with our luggage to the 5th floor, the breakfast is terrible, the bathroom can win the prize for the smallest in the world, the hotel location is not good and the receptionist cannot speak any english he was of no help. I will not recommend to anyone.

Very friendly environment, family business, clean room, you can easily reach sights of the city even on foot sometimes. Good price also. Near to an excellent gelateria.
Good location of the hotel for sightseeing, but also not very good neighbourhood after 10 a.m.

Hotel personnel very kind, providing full support and advice. Location is 10 minutes from Roma Termini station indeed, but dont think the terrain and conditions are good to carry anything more than cabin sized luggage. Neighborhood seems unsafe at first sight, but it was just an impression (at least for me), so its only a bit dirtier and with less attention given, then main parts of Rome.
Rooms in need of renovation, specially the bathroom. Not to mention tv, but who goes to Rome to watch tv anyways.

The friendly staff, but they do not speak English as only a few words. The room was clean.
Cold and damp room, even if the website indicate that the heating in the hotel rooms, our room had no heating on. I had a cold during the night. Luckily, the hot water was in the shower. Breakfast is not very good, but maybe these cheap hotels, breakfast is usually poor.

It was around 15 minute walking distance from collosseum and good proximity to metro. It is good as a budget accomodation.
One main disadvantage was that the owners of the hotel knew only Italian and it was difficult to convey or understand. Bathroom was very small and breakfast was just basic to start of the day. For a couple, I would recommend some other place. It is just adequate for a single person to spend a night or two.

The warm family atmosphere was just fantastic. Its proximity to the city sights is excellent. Its just a short walk to the underground. There is plenty to see even quite close to the hotel and the Colloseum is just a 15 minute walk.

Staff were friendly, breakfast is included. My room was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.
It is a bit on the outskirts of Rome. Totally manageable but you have to be prepared for a long walk home.
